Prone Stander
Stanzme’s Prone Stander is designed to safely support children in weight-bearing in an upright or forward-leaning position.
Designed to be compact, the stander occupies minimal space while allowing the child to remain in a low, secure position as the frame is adjusted to accommodate the user’s growth and height changes.
Available in three sizes, the Prone Stander accommodates children from 9 months old up to 15 years (70 - 150 lbs / 2 feet to 57” tall). Its modular design and range of adjustments allow it to be uniquely tailored to each child’s level of support, providing the appropriate assistance needed for safe and effective standing.
The updated design features a sleek, lightweight frame with improved anterior prone adaptability. A tilt-trigger lever positioned under the tray allows for smooth and simple adjustments. The system is designed for ease of use and is suitable for private pay and insurance-based funding.
The modular structure allows attachments to be easily removed or repositioned, accommodating children as small as 2 feet tall or approximately 17 inches from heel to chest height. As the child grows, the stander can be adjusted to provide additional height capacity, including up to approximately 6 inches of extended growth through frame and platform adjustments. All hardware should be securely retightened after any adjustment.
In the large size configuration, the chest board and pelvic components can be repositioned to accommodate increased height and inseam requirements. The pelvic support can be secured in lower mounting positions when needed to ensure proper alignment and stability.
Please note: Children should wear ankle-foot orthoses (AFOs) when using prone or supine standers. The pelvic support pad is a critical component of the Prone Stander, helping maintain proper pelvic alignment and promoting a symmetrical standing posture. It is adjustable both horizontally and vertically to provide optimal individualized support.

- This product is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original owner.
- If any component fails during the warranty period, the manufacturer will repair or replace the defective part at no charge to the original purchaser. This warranty does not apply to the pneumatic tilt piston and any damage resulting from misuse or improper use by the client or caregiver.
- This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, unauthorized repairs or modifications, neglect, accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear. It also does not apply to parts that have been altered or serviced by any party not authorized by the manufacturer.
- Labor costs associated with warranty service are not included.

- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt and require an approved Return Authorization (RA) number prior to shipment. Returns sent without an RA number will not be accepted.
- All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- Products must be in new, unused condition, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- For non-defective returns, the original shipping charges and any credit card or PayPal processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
