Stanzme wheelchair footbox is a padded, enclosed support that is mounted on footplates to protect, provide gross surface area and comfortably contain the feet and lower legs. It prevents injury, manages foot positioning for users that have tight hamstrings  and/or muscle contractures, and reduces skin breakdown for users prone to high muscle tone or prolonged contact with standard metal footrests or under the frame.

Full Foot box: Supports both feet simultaneously. Foot boxes feature a durable internal shell (ABS plastic) layered with high-density foam for skin protection. The inside  is covered in a fluid-resistant, wipe-clean material like ballistic nylon for easy sanitation and durability. Our padding wraps over the outside edges of the ABS plastic to prevent injuries.
